Rickreall Farm Supply located in "downtown" Rickreall, Oregon is a full-service tractor and outdoor power equipment dealership.  We provide sales, parts and service for everything we sell and then some! We provide service and maintenance on any new or used Kubota tractors, STIHL outdoor power equipment, Woods attachments, Wacker Neuson light construction equipment, and many other shortlines. In some cases we can even provide mobile service, but we do offer pickup and delivery on larger equipment.  You can call us at anytime for repair estimates or for any troubleshooting questions. 4-Level Service Training
There are four levels of STIHL-certified service training – Bronze, Silver, Gold and the extensive Platinum training level. STIHL MasterWrench Service® certification is granted exclusively to technicians who complete the first three stages of training; Bronze, Silver and Gold. STIHL MasterWrench Service® Platinum level certification is now available to recognize STIHL certified service technicians and Dealers having high levels of service competence above and beyond that of other STIHL MasterWrench Service® Dealers.

Professional Workshop Environment

For added security measures, you must present credit card and photo ID at time of pickup.

You must present a copy of this receipt when picking up your order.

We request credit card information to hold your order -no online processing of your credit card has taken place. Please present your credit card at time of pickup for processing.

Valid receipt is required for all returns or exchanges within the alloted return-time period. (Return period depends on type of product and/or accessory purchase).

Gift Certificates valid for 1 (one) year from purchase date.

For gift certificate purchases, purchaser must come into the store and present the credit card in order to activate the certificate.

Person redeeming gift certificate must show 2 forms of ID.

After receipt of your order, you will receive a phone call and/or email to schedule a pickup time. Most orders are ready within 24 hours.
